Ms. Skibo is a project manager within the Betts Environmental Division with over six years of technical experience within the environmental consulting field. Ms. Skibo is a project manager within the Betts Environmental Division with over six years of technical experience within the environmental consulting field. She has been responsible for the coordination and management of both projects and technical staff; health and safety oversight, client relations, scheduling and implementing field work including contractor coordination, as well as interaction with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and other regulatory agencies.

Ms. Skibo is knowledgeable in diverse areas of environmental consulting and regulation, including the New Jersey Technical Requirements for Site Remediation and the NJDEP Field Sampling Procedures Manual. She has managed and participated in the removal and remediation of underground storage tanks, performed multimedia sampling for environmental site characterization, investigation and remediation of retail gasoline service stations and industrial sites, including data analysis, data quality control, basic groundwater modeling, and the preparation of maps and figures in AutoCAD. She is skilled in the preparation and implementation of Preliminary Assessment, Site Investigation, Remedial Investigation, and Remedial Action projects. Additionally, she is competent in case management, permitting, budget development and tracking, environmental management of redevelopment projects, proposal scoping, drafting, and execution. Ms. Skibo can provided scientific support for ecological projects, and has conducted field work such as wetland delineations, plant and butterfly identification, soil sample preparation, and site reconnaissance. Additionally, she can assist in writing Environmental Site Assessment reports, and compile Environmental Impact Statements and permit applications to the NJDEP, as well as perform file and regulatory review.
